Our customers are very important to us and demand the very best in quality and service, and our aim is to provide a quality of service and care we know they’ll appreciate.
On all property throughout our range there is an insurance backed 10 year guarantee for the property as well as an additional 6 months defect warranty which is carried out as a matter of course for any minor problems. In addition we also provide a customer care guarantee to rectify any other problems that may arise in the first two years of ownership. In the event that a problem does arise our pro-active customer service team will be on hand to help ensure your repair is carried out professionally, with courtesy and minimal disturbance to your household.
